Uasin Gishu County Property Guide

Uasin Gishu County centres on Eldoret, western Kenya's fastest-growing city, supported by a university, referral hospital, airport and athletics economy. Apartments, townhouses and plots are in strong demand, with prices rising steadily. The highlands surrounding town remain agricultural. Verify approvals on new estates, since construction has outpaced infrastructure in some areas.
