Maasai Mara tourism land and wheat farms in Narok.
Narok County covers the Maasai Mara and the wheat belt around Narok town. Tourism lodges and conservancies dominate high-value purchases, while farmland and town plots serve residents. Much land is held under group ranches, so subdivision and ownership can be complex. Verify title, shareholding and county approvals before paying any deposit.
